About the Internship

This internship provides exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and mentorship from experienced consultants. The role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are based in Riyadh and are Saudi Nationals. Successful interns will be considered for a full-time Associate role upon completion, which includes an increased salary and long-term growth potential.

Key Internship Details

• The internship offers full remote work.
• The workweek is 5 days, with 9-hour days including a 1-hour lunch break. Start times are flexible, between 8 * and 9:30 *
• Monthly performance rewards, KPI bonuses, and "Employee of the Month" recognition are provided.
• Team events are held regularly, including celebrations for Ramadan, Eid, Christmas, and the annual AGM.

Candidate Requirements

• A self-starter with an interest in recruitment, HR, or executive search.
• Must be based in Riyadh.
• Must be a Saudi National and available to work remotely.
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow within a fast-paced environment.
