Job Description

About the Order Fulfillment Specialist Role

Technogym is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage the complete order processing cycle, from initial quote confirmation through to final billing. This full-time position requires a proactive individual dedicated to ensuring compliance with internal policies, delivering a premium customer experience, and optimizing logistics and stock levels. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team, diligent backlog management, and effective handling of customer inquiries and TECHNOGYM CARE activities. This role requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing, adhering to governance and internal sales conditions.
  • Manage the customer journey to provide a premium service experience.
  • Coordinate and manage deliveries via the logistic portal, including date management, job assignment, and activity completion.
  • Optimize free stock management and process Purchase Orders to HQ, ensuring correct stock movement.
  • Maintain an up-to-date order portfolio (backlog), prevent expirations, and collaborate with sales to minimize backlog slippage.
  • Update the CRM system with relevant customer service information.
  • Manage TECHNOGYM CARE activities, providing timely and appropriate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Conduct post-delivery surveys to gauge customer satisfaction and address any emerging issues.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Familiarity with local VAT and fiscal regulations.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
