About the Role

TalentHub | تالنت هب is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef for a leading and fast-growing company in the premium pastry, chocolate, and confectionery industry. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for leading daily pastry production, developing new products, maintaining consistent quality standards, and supervising the pastry team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily pastry and dessert production according to approved recipes and specifications.
• Develop new pastry and dessert products in line with market trends and customer preferences.
• Lead, supervise, and distribute tasks among the pastry team.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, texture, and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality.
• Monitor raw materials, storage, usage, and minimize production waste.
• Calculate product costs and support cost optimization.
• Ensure efficient production processes and adherence to company standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Certified qualification in Pastry, Confectionery, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pastry production.
• Strong knowledge of pastry, desserts, baking, and chocolate techniques.
• Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong experience in product costing and cost calculation.
