We're seeking a dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide essential support to our nursing staff and enhance the experience of our patients. Our mission is to deliver top-notch healthcare services, and you can be a vital part of this mission.

Job Purpose:
The Patient Care Technician will assist in direct and indirect patient care within the assigned area, acting as a liaison between physicians and patient families, ensuring seamless communication and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the clinic and supplies daily.
  • Assist physicians during patient examinations and prepare necessary equipment.
  • Organize clinic activities to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
  • Track patient status and provide assistance as required.
  • Handle incoming calls and manage patient inquiries professionally.
  • Adhere to patient safety standards and maintain documentation policies.
  • Initiate emergency and resuscitative measures if necessary.
  • Provide education to patients and their families as required.
  • Support infection control and adhere to dress code policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science.
  • Completion of a PCT Program.
  • Preferably some experience in healthcare; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Valid Saudi Council certification and BLS Certification.
