About the Patient Receptionist Role

مجمع الفرائضي الأهلي is seeking a Patient Receptionist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of patient services.

Core Responsibilities

The Patient Receptionist will be responsible for managing patient interactions and administrative tasks within the clinic. Key duties include:

  • Interviewing patients to collect personal and health insurance data.

  • Completing all necessary reception forms and accurately entering data into the automated system and hospital information network.
