A reputable international shipping company, with its head office in Dubai, is seeking a female Personal Assistant / Secretary to provide direct support to the Group Manager at the Riyadh office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Group Manager

• Organize business activities, travel arrangements, and follow-ups

• Handle professional correspondence, including emails, calls, and official documents

• Manage internal and external communications

• Maintain records, reports, and confidential files

• Provide full administrative and secretarial support

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills

• Professional attitude with the ability to multitask effectively

• Executive Support:
  • Manage the Regional Head’s calendar and schedule meetings across time zones.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and presentations with discretion.
• Travel & Logistics:
  • Organize complex travel itineraries and ensure timely expense report submissions.
  • Coordinate logistics for regional visits and business events.
• Administrative Management:
  • Maintain organized files and track deadlines to ensure timely task completion.
  • Support in preparing reports and presentations for regional reviews.
• Communication & Coordination:
  • Act as the point of contact for the Regional Head and draft professional communications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Position Type: Hybrid (Mostly remote with occasional in-person support)Compensation: Starting at 1,500 for the first month, with potential increases based on performanceStart Date: ASAP
