About the Personal Fitness Trainer Role

DGKSA is seeking a qualified and experienced Personal Fitness Trainer to join our team in Riyadh. This part-time position focuses on providing one-on-one fitness coaching to clients, helping them achieve their individual health and wellness objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for fitness and a professional approach to client engagement.

Core Responsibilities

The Personal Fitness Trainer will be responsible for:

• Conducting personalized, one-on-one training sessions with clients.
• Developing customized fitness programs based on client assessments and stated goals.
• Monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to training plans.
• Providing expert guidance on strength training, flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness strategies.
• Motivating and supporting clients to ensure they meet their fitness objectives.
• Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a certification from a recognized Personal Trainer institution (*, NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent).
• Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective client interaction.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

While not strictly mandatory, the following qualifications and experience will be considered advantageous:

• Previous experience working with private clients or in premium fitness environments.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in Pilates, Yoga, Functional Training, or Rehabilitation Exercises.
