Postilion Support Engineer

About the Role

Synechron is seeking a Postilion Support Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The role focuses on providing comprehensive support for Postilion environments, ensuring operational stability and efficient transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support coverage for Postilion environments.
• Investigate transaction failures and switching issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and problem management.
• Support application configuration and deployment activities.
• Monitor switch performance and transaction health.
• Coordinate incident resolution with customers and internal teams.
• Escalate product issues requiring deep architectural expertise.
• Support operational reviews and service governance meetings.
• Maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and support documentation.
• Build strong customer engagement through regular onsite presence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant support engineering role.
