About the Role

SAB is seeking a Process Reengineering Senior Manager to join the Chief Operating Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to driving operational excellence and organizational transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing current processes, identifying improvement areas, and designing future-state solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and control.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead initiatives focused on reengineering business processes, utilizing expertise in process mapping, root cause analysis, and improvement methodologies. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including business subject matter experts and technical teams, will be essential for the successful implementation of redesigned processes and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive current-state assessments of end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, bottlenecks, duplication, and control gaps.
  • Facilitate process walkthroughs, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gain a deep understanding of operational realities.
  • Analyze process performance and root causes to pinpoint opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
  • Document findings and translate them into structured, actionable improvement opportunities.
  • Design target-state processes that demonstrably improve efficiency, quality, control effectiveness, and user experience.
  • Develop detailed process flows, future-state journeys, and identify specific automation opportunities.
  • Ensure that redesigned processes are practical, scalable, and fully aligned with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and operational needs.
  • Support the definition of business rules, control points, service levels, and handoff mechanisms within target-state designs.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate business process requirements into implementable automation and system-related solutions.
  • Assist in requirements clarification, articulation of process logic, and preparation of test scenarios.
  • Provide support during the deployment phase, including issue resolution and transition into business-as-usual operations.
  • Work collaboratively with squad leads, business SMEs, documentation specialists, and technical resources across assigned initiatives.
  • Support workshops and review sessions with stakeholders to validate findings, designs, and implementation approaches.
  • Help ensure that initiative deliverables are completed in line with agreed timelines, standards, and quality expectations.
  • Contribute to issue identification, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement throughout project delivery.
  • Promote structured, value-driven, and end-to-end thinking in all assigned work.
  • Ensure process redesign outputs are documented clearly and in a manner that supports implementation and sustainability.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of process redesign practices, tools, and lessons learned within the Center of Excellence (CoE).

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of business process reengineering principles and methodologies.
