About Experia Live and the Procurement Coordinator Role

Experia Live designs experiences that create impact. We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing comprehensive procurement operations, primarily utilizing the Odoo ERP system.

Role Purpose

The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring efficient and organized procurement processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong procurement experience, excellent negotiation skills, and hands-on expertise with Odoo ERP to secure optimal value, quality, and delivery terms for the company's needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement cycle, from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) and supplier delivery.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Project teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Monitor procurement budgets and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare procurement reports and supplier performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in procurement.
• Demonstrated strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in project-based procurement is highly preferred.
• Experience in events, construction, marketing, or professional services is an advantage.

Mandatory Odoo ERP Expertise

Practical, hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory for this role, specifically including:

• Purchase Module
• Vendor Management
• Request for Quotation (RFQ) management
• Purchase Order processing
• Approval workflows
• Procurement reporting and analytics
• Procurement master data management
