(Procurement Engineer)

About the Role

Osloob Al Enshaa Contracting is seeking a Procurement Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the complete procurement cycle and contributing to the company's operational and administrative framework.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and plan the entire procurement cycle, ensuring its execution aligns with approved internal and administrative regulations, including ERP systems like Odoo.
2. Review price offers from suppliers and subcontractors, conducting commercial and technical negotiations to achieve competitive value for the company.
3. Draft and review procurement contracts and commercial agreements in compliance with applicable legal and financial regulations.
4. Match invoices and purchase orders, and monitor delivery schedules in coordination with engineering and project departments to ensure smooth workflow.
5. Prepare periodic reports on supplier performance, inventory movement, and cost analysis for materials and equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Nationality: Saudi national only, in accordance with nationalization regulations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or a related field).
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably within the contracting or construction sector.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in using automated administrative systems (ERP) and advanced Office programs.
• Excellent skills in negotiation, contract drafting, and cost analysis.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be disclosed during the interview process.
