About the Role

Alshayish Real Estate is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for developing and implementing procurement strategies for various projects, ensuring efficient and timely acquisition of necessary materials and services. The position requires a professional with significant experience in procurement within the real estate or construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies tailored for specific projects.
• Cultivate and maintain a robust network of companies, suppliers, manufacturers, and specialized representatives across building materials, finishing materials, equipment, and construction services.
• Manage and update a comprehensive supplier database, focusing on sourcing competitive prices, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely delivery with the required quality standards.
• Efficiently secure all project requirements within established timelines, overseeing the entire process from quotation and purchase order generation to final delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective procurement strategies.
• Proven track record in supplier relationship management and negotiation.
