Procurement Specialist

About the Role

Riymar is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our real estate development organization in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for supporting sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities, focusing on the timely procurement of goods and services.

Role Purpose

The Procurement Specialist ensures that all procurement activities achieve the best value, quality, and compliance with company policies. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient supply chains and supporting the operational needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and supplier selection processes.
• Evaluate quotations and prepare comprehensive commercial comparisons.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and all necessary procurement documentation.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor deliveries and assess supplier performance against agreed standards.
• Coordinate procurement requirements effectively with internal departments.
• Ensure strict compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3–5 years of procurement experience is required.
• Experience within real estate development, construction, or related industries is preferred.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a real estate development organization.
