About the Product Developer Role

BMC Helix is seeking a Product Developer to join its AI Office team. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position. The Product Developer will contribute to the development of AI-native solutions for forward-thinking IT organizations, focusing on resetting the economics of enterprise IT and realizing the ROI of AI.

Role Context and Purpose

As a Product Developer I within BMC Helix Software’s AI Office, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring customer satisfaction. The team is dedicated to developing prototypes and features for BMC Helix products and assisting customers in achieving their business objectives. This role is suited for individuals interested in daily innovation-related challenges within a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage in AI Office engineering activities, including developing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and Proofs of Concept (POCs), and designing lab environments.
• Perform thorough problem analysis to resolve product-related issues in accordance with BMC Helix support standards.
• Provide training and enablement for Product Support Technical Support Analysts (TSAs), Sales Engineers (SEs), partners, and customers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand and refine requirements.
