Product Specialist Immunology

About the Role

AbbVie is seeking a Product Specialist, Immunology, to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is responsible for executing brand strategy and tactics in the field, driving sales performance, and effectively managing assigned territories and targeted accounts. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships and developing capabilities to address customer needs, aiming to maximize both short and long-term sales performance while prioritizing patient well-being and adhering to AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed established goals.
• Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales performance.
• Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, and concerns, consistently gaining logical and reasonable calls to action during sales calls.
• Proactively serve customer needs, expectations, and challenges to build trusted relationships and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers, maximizing access and sales opportunities.
• Continuously build understanding of customer needs, market landscape, competitors, market dynamics, accounts, disease states, products, clinical information, and sales expertise.
• Share market intelligence with the in-field team, brand team, and sales manager to ensure alignment, anticipate environmental changes, and optimize brand strategy and execution.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with assigned health providers and identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and advocates to maximize brand performance.
