About the Role

Ipsen is seeking a Product Specialist, Oncology to join its Field Operations team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and covers the Central Region. The role focuses on advancing Ipsen's oncology portfolio and building relationships with healthcare professionals.

Role Purpose and Context

The Product Specialist will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into effective execution across key accounts within the oncology sector. This involves supporting the appropriate and ethical use of Ipsen medicines and contributing to the growth and impact of the oncology business in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate medical and product information to healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the Central Region.
• Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with national and regional priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities and barriers, translating market and customer insights into actionable strategies.
• Monitor product performance, stock availability, and consumption across key accounts.
• Plan and execute field activities, customer engagements, and professional events.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives and patient needs.
• Maintain disciplined territory management and accurate CRM reporting.
