Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for leading complex construction projects within the region.

Role Summary

The Project Delivery Manager will oversee the comprehensive, end-to-end delivery of major construction projects. This role requires strategic coordination and meticulous oversight across multiple work fronts and contractors, operating specifically at a giga-project scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple work fronts and contractors.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management for giga-project scale initiatives.
• Drive project progress against established programme, budget, and quality targets.
• Manage interfaces effectively between design, construction, and fit-out teams.
• Report to senior leadership on delivery risk, progress, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15+ years of experience in delivering major construction projects.
• Proven track record in roles such as Project Delivery Manager, Senior Construction Manager, or Project Manager.
• Experience across diverse project types including high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, stadium, or infrastructure projects.

Essential Skills and Regional Focus

• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with projects in the GCC/Saudi Arabia region is highly desirable.
