About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile luxury and entertainment hotel projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role requires comprehensive responsibility for the entire project lifecycle, from initial strategy and planning through to execution and final delivery. The Project Manager will be instrumental in ensuring all project phases are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, driving operational excellence from concept to completion.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure technical, financial, and operational success.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, procurement processes, and resource allocation to achieve cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Lead quality assurance, safety, and risk management initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Direct design and engineering activities and oversee construction, ensuring all works align with project specifications and client expectations.
• Maintain strong client relationships, drive value engineering initiatives, and effectively manage all commercial and contractual obligations.
• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP, for robust project cost control, project accounting, and performance tracking.
• Provide strong leadership in team development, effective conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a high-achieving project environment.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Minimum of 20 years of professional experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in project leadership roles.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects or hospitality projects.
• GCC region experience is preferred.
• Strong background in Engineering and Project Management.
• Proven experience in client relations.
• A track record of success in delivering complex, high-value development projects.

Work Environment and Location
