About the Opportunity

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading complex development projects within the region.

Role Summary

The Project Director will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and successful execution of large-scale developments. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing all facets of project delivery, from initial planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to stringent timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across all disciplines and workstreams.
• Manage FIDIC contracts, commercial matters, and claims effectively.
• Oversee project controls, programme management, risk assessment, and reporting structures.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across client, authority, and contractor levels.
• Drive the delivery of complex, giga-project scale developments to specified timeframes and budgets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project leadership roles, preferably within large-scale development projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex project delivery cycles.
• Proven ability to handle FIDIC contracts, commercial negotiations, and claims management.
• Strong background in project controls, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
