About the Role

Mimar Al-Qimmah Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of residential projects in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with a proven track record in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Project Management Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of residential developments. Key duties include:

• Leading projects from mobilization through to final handover.
• Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Overseeing on-site execution, ensuring quality control and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
• Reviewing shop drawings and technical submittals to ensure alignment with approved designs and the Saudi Building Code.
• Monitoring project progress and preparing comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.
• Leading, supervising, and developing the site engineering team.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong preference for experience in residential projects.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• A solid understanding of the Saudi Building Code, relevant regulations, and contracting practices.
• PMP certification is considered an advantage.

Required Skills

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
