About the Project Manager Role

360Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and guide infrastructure projects from their initial planning stages through to successful completion. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in managing complex infrastructure projects, effectively coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within defined scope, and within allocated budgets.

Core Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of infrastructure projects across their entire lifecycle. Key duties include:

  • Developing detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitoring project progress against approved timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Preparing regular project status reports, performance updates, and risk assessments.
  • Identifying potential project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Reviewing technical documents, engineering drawings, and project deliverables as required.
  • Managing all project documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Handling project submissions and tracking them through relevant government platforms.
  • Contributing to continuous process improvement and upholding project management best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of project management experience, with a mandatory focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.

Preferred Attributes

The following qualifications and experiences are highly preferred:

  • Previous experience working with government entities and navigating project approval platforms.
  • Possession of a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
