Project Manager, Construction Supervision

SJ Group is inviting expressions of interest for a Project Manager – Construction Supervision role. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will contribute to upcoming major infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. The role focuses on managing the delivery of complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including construction supervision, engineering, commercial, and project controls personnel.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and performance indicators to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project delivery.
• Review and monitor contractor progress, performance, and compliance with approved methodologies and plans.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and key performance metrics to senior management and clients.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within construction supervision for major infrastructure projects. A proven track record in managing complex projects and leading diverse teams is essential for this role.
