Role Overview

Masterworks is seeking a Senior Project Manager to facilitate Agile delivery, lead Scrum ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement across development teams. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and focuses on sprint planning, performance monitoring, Agile coaching, and implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices to enhance team collaboration and delivery effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage Scrum events for participating squads.
• Lead the development of Scaled Agile management best practices.
• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and regular ceremonies.
• Plan upcoming sprints for projects, including facilitating team consensus on achievable goals.
• Monitor and report on ongoing sprints.
• Communicate with Delivery Managers for alignment and planning updates.
• Collect and analyze relevant metrics for trends and indicators, facilitate iteration and increment planning, and provide Agile coaching and mentoring across the organization.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to strategically improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Agile processes.
• Establish SAFe Agile principles and interface with other departments to ensure clear communication regarding ongoing and upcoming development activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices.
