About the Role

Dautom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing projects from initial planning and design through construction and handover. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, programme, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception through design, construction, and handover phases.
  • Develop and monitor project programmes, milestones, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress against time, cost, quality, and scope requirements.
  • Lead project meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of actions.
  • Manage design coordination and ensure multidisciplinary design information is properly integrated.
  • Monitor construction activities, quality requirements, site progress, and project deliverables.
  • Support cost control, change management, variations, and claims.
  • Review contractor submissions, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Identify project risks, delays, and potential issues, coordinating appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and project records.
  • Coordinate with BIM and design teams to support effective project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable HSE, quality, and project requirements.
  • Support client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Assist with project handover, snagging, close-out documentation, and final project activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the architecture, engineering, construction, or built-environment sector.
  • Experience managing building or infrastructure-related projects from design through construction.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including Architecture, Structural, MEP, and BIM.
  • Good understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and project documentation.
  • Experience working with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project-management/reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of BIM-based project coordination is an advantage.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in architectural consultancy, engineering consultancy, construction management, project management consultancy (PMC), design management, or developer-side project management are preferred. Experience across sectors such as commercial, hospitality, residential, education, or master planning will be advantageous.
