The Role of Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and oversight of technical security projects from initiation to completion. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, involves managing project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and team performance, while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements. The role requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, scheduling, coordination, and control of technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, practices, and quality assurance policies.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, engaging regularly to understand, analyze, and address their needs and requirements.
• Ensure quality control, performance standards, and specifications required by the project.
• Oversee project progress in terms of scope, schedule, budget, and team performance; provide consistent and detailed status reports to management.
• Define project roles and assign responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient execution.
• Collaborate closely with the PMO Manager and other departments to facilitate cross-functional support and technical guidance.
• Monitor key milestones, evaluate deliverables, and manage project documentation, including reports and delivery timelines.
• Identify potential risks, perform impact assessments, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Client and Internal Collaboration

The Project Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams and the PMO. This involves understanding client requirements, resolving challenges, monitoring project progress, managing risks, and ensuring successful project delivery to the highest standards.

Experience Required

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within technical security systems or related fields.
