Purchasing Engineer

About the Role

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Purchasing Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role focuses on managing the procurement of project materials, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and accurate acquisition. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project-based purchasing and practical user experience with SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing of project materials, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets.
• Utilize SAP to create purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Collaborate with project and engineering teams to understand material requirements and specifications.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials and favorable terms.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project material purchasing or procurement.
• Hands-on user experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is considered a plus.
