آكسس | ACSC is seeking a qualified Purchasing Officer to enhance our procurement operations. This vital role focuses on the efficient sourcing of materials, services, and equipment while ensuring cost management and adherence to quality standards and compliance protocols.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Implement approved purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Receive and review purchasing requests from various departments to ensure information completeness and compliance with budget and policy.
  • Contact suppliers to request quotations and negotiate the best terms.
  • Oversee local purchasing activities in line with company policies.
  • Analyze supplier quotations and recommend selections based on established criteria.
  • Prepare purchase orders and coordinate closely with the finance department regarding payment terms.
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor and track pending orders to assure successful completion.
  • Review incoming supplier invoices for accuracy according to purchase orders.
  • Participate in supplier evaluation processes and identify new suppliers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and supplier management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems preferred.
