Mawan Real Estate is a company operating in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, dedicated to its projects within the real estate sector. We are currently seeking a dedicated QA/QC Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity, contributing to the quality assurance and control of our construction projects.

Role Overview

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for supporting the robust implementation and continuous maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures that all construction activities strictly adhere to approved engineering drawings, project specifications, relevant industry codes, and Mawan Real Estate's internal quality standards. The successful candidate will play a key part in upholding project quality from inception through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and support quality control activities throughout project execution.
• Review engineering drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Assist in preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection reports, and quality documentation.
• Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Verify that materials and workmanship comply with contractual and technical requirements.
• Maintain accurate quality records and ensure all documentation is properly filed.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience in a relevant QA/QC engineering role, preferably within the construction sector.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working on-site to monitor and ensure quality standards.
