  • Drive delegated authority compliance, documentation discipline, and escalation protocols across operational and support activities.
  • Coordinate activation readiness plans, mobilization checklists, and service cutover requirements ahead of key operational milestones.
  • Support development-to-operator handover of corporate services dependencies, including systems, vendors, records, access, and operating procedures.
  • Oversee workforce activation, onboarding readiness, and cross-functional mobilization activities.
  • Develop service delivery tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and performance reporting for leadership.
  • Monitor operational risks, escalations, audit readiness, and business continuity requirements.
  • Support annual budgeting, staff cost planning, and operational expenditure coordination across support functions.
  • Oversee third-party support vendors and service providers to ensure compliance, responsiveness, and operational continuity.
  • Coordinate implementation of policies, procedures, controls, and governance requirements across the asset.
  • Support setup and stabilization of internal administrative and operational systems required for launch and early operations.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure support services remain aligned with the Film Studio operating model and evolving business needs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate services, operations support, administration, or asset-level enablement roles.
  • Experience supporting activation-stage assets, particularly within entertainment, hospitality, real estate, or other complex operating environments, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating with centralized/shared service functions and managing governance-driven support models is preferred.
