About the Role:
This is a full-time on-site position where you will be responsible for implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Your role will involve:
  • Identifying staffing needs and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Providing training and onboarding support for new employees.
  • Maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or talent development.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and best human resources practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in the agriculture or food production industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute recruitment operations from sourcing to hiring.
  • Develop training programs and analyze training needs.
  • Enhance HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and development.
  • Assist in building a positive work culture and improving employee experience.
