Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from receiving hiring requests to issuing job offers.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on professional platforms and social media channels.
  • Source and attract candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
  • Handle international recruitment processes, including visa processing and contract preparation.
  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on required competencies.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring departments.
  • Prepare job offers and assist in onboarding processes.
  • Maintain candidate databases for future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, including international hiring.
  • Knowledge of modern recruitment techniques.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
