We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team at AlasilaCX. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with the company’s goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through different recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Support HR initiatives and contribute to employer branding efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources and recruitment.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
