CareerFirst Company is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the effective and timely hiring of qualified candidates in line with business requirements.

The Role

The Recruitment Supervisor will oversee and manage all recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with strategic workforce plans. This position plays a key role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the full hiring lifecycle, and leading a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the recruitment team and manage the distribution of vacancies and recruitment activities.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
  • Review and approve candidate shortlists, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, Source Effectiveness, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and dashboards to management.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment platforms, agencies, and external sourcing channels.
  • Identify recruitment challenges and recommend process improvements.
  • Support workforce planning and recruitment forecasting initiatives.
  • Coach and develop recruiters, and monitor overall team performance.
  • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in supervising recruitment activities and leading teams.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively within a dedicated recruitment team and engaging with various business stakeholders.
