Release Engineering Architect

About the Role

Trinity Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Release Engineering Architect to establish and lead the organization's Release Management capability in Riyadh. This full-time role involves defining enterprise release strategy, governance, processes, and automation, while building a high-performing team to deliver predictable, secure, and reliable software releases across multiple applications, platforms, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise-wide Release Management strategy, standards, and governance.
• Build and lead the Release Management Office (RMO), including Release Managers and Coordinators.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee enterprise releases across multiple applications and environments.
• Drive release readiness, Go/No-Go decisions, deployment planning, and rollback strategies.
• Partner with Engineering, DevSecOps, Infrastructure, Security, QA, and Business teams to ensure successful releases.
• Establish release KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive automation across CI/CD pipelines and promote DevSecOps best practices.
• Manage release risks, dependencies, compliance requirements, and production stability.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in Enterprise IT.
• 5+ years leading Enterprise Release Management functions.
• Proven experience building Release Management capabilities from the ground up.
• Strong experience managing large-scale, multi-application releases.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring a minimum of 10 years of professional experience. The role involves working with diverse teams and managing complex release processes within an enterprise IT environment.
