About the Reporting Specialist Role

Alfanar is seeking a Reporting Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on developing standardized reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights to support organizational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review standardized reports to meet organizational and stakeholder requirements, determining appropriate tools, formats, and methods for effective data presentation.
  • Design dashboards and reporting templates to ensure clarity and usability, continuously enhancing reporting structures to improve efficiency and decision support.
  • Define and standardize methods for collecting qualitative and quantitative data, designing data collection forms, templates, and input mechanisms.
  • Ensure data collection approaches align with reporting and analytical needs, and educate users and stakeholders on proper completion and usage of data collection tools.
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards in collaboration with stakeholders, defining data baselines, rules, and validation criteria.
  • Collect, review, and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency, implementing quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity across reports.
  • Compile and consolidate dashboard reports across all departments, ensuring consistency of reporting outputs across business units and monitoring data integration from multiple sources.
  • Analyze reporting outputs to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities, preparing reports with actionable recommendations for system and process improvements.
  • Provide analytical support to facilitate informed decision-making and advise stakeholders on the effective use of reports to enhance organizational performance.

Role Accountabilities

  • Maintain and develop soft and technical skills relevant to the job.
  • Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules, utilizing resources effectively for efficient cost and time achievement.
  • Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
  • Address and resolve related problems, escalating complex operational issues as needed.
  • Ensure quality requirements are met by developing effective quality control processes and specifications.
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity.

Qualifications and Experience

The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. Candidates should possess the ability to acquire updated soft and technical skills pertinent to the position.
