About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Requirements Lead / Lead BA (Requirements Management) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in business analysis and requirements management, including significant leadership experience. The role is crucial in defining, governing, and executing requirements management processes for complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain requirements management standards, processes, and templates for consistency, quality, and traceability.
• Establish and enforce governance for requirements sign-off and change control processes.
• Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements, acting as a primary liaison.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to ensure thorough understanding and capture of needs.
• Serve as a bridge between business users, project managers, architects, and developers.
• Develop and manage detailed requirements management plans for projects and programs.
• Ensure requirements are effectively prioritized based on business value, risk, and interdependencies.
• Manage project scope by controlling requirement changes and assessing their impacts.
• Oversee the production of key requirements documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
• Ensure full requirements traceability from business objectives to test cases.
• Monitor adherence to agreed-upon requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor a team of business analysts, fostering their professional development.
• Provide training and guidance on best practices in requirements engineering.
• Build and enhance team capability in agile and hybrid delivery methods for requirements management.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of requirements deliverables.
• Capture and apply lessons learned to improve requirements management practices.
• Drive the adoption of tools and automation for requirements management, such as Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business analysis and requirements management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience managing requirements for large, complex programs and projects.
• Certifications in Business Analysis are highly desirable.

• Knowledge of Requirements Engineering Best Practices and Agile Delivery Methods.
