About the Business Analysis Manager Role

SAB is seeking a skilled Business Analysis Manager to join the Chief Operating Office department. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is integral to driving business improvements and ensuring that proposed changes effectively address business needs. The role serves as a key liaison between business requirements and IT solutions, facilitating seamless project execution and the delivery of business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and processes to develop a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
  • Organize and lead meetings to confirm business needs, understand current processes, and validate proposed change requests.
  • Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders, including business and IT representatives, to gather necessary information for proposed changes.
  • Identify and propose improvements to existing business processes by designing 'To-Be' processes, including workflows and wireframes where applicable.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and Enterprise Architecture teams to define optimal 'To-Be' processes that deliver significant business value.
  • Create detailed documentation such as Definition of Understanding (DOU), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), and User Stories with acceptance criteria, ensuring review and approval from IT Project Managers/Technical Leads before submission to business stakeholders.
  • Incorporate necessary changes to documentation after obtaining consent from both IT Project Management and business stakeholders.
  • Support Project Managers during System Integration Testing (SIT) and System Acceptance Testing (SAT), and assist the business during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed.
  • Conduct required assessments for changes and produce assessment documents when requested.
  • Provide support and assistance to team members on other projects as directed by the Line Manager.
  • Maintain and update personal task lists on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Approximately 7 years of professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant business analysis role.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in Business Analysis methodologies.
  • Strong capabilities in Process Improvement.
  • Expertise in Requirements Elicitation techniques.
  • Effective Stakeholder Management.
  • Excellent Documentation skills.
  • Experience in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
  • Skilled in defining User Stories.
  • Familiarity with System Integration Testing (SIT), System Acceptance Testing (SAT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
