As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the performance of multiple retail stores. Your focus will be on ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction, while implementing company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of all assigned retail branches.
  • Drive sales performance and profitability across stores.
  • Monitor and ensure store compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store managers and staff.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance and implement improvements.
  • Analyze sales reports and address underperformance.
  • Manage budgets, costs, and inventory levels effectively.
  • Support marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered across all locations.
  • Act as a liaison between head office and store teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial/multi-store role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across different store locations.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
