Role Overview: Sales Associate Fashion

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Sales Associate Fashion to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to upholding high customer service standards and achieving sales objectives within a dynamic fashion retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion customer service standards in alignment with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines, understanding customer needs to facilitate an exceptional experience.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Store Manager when necessary while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Achieve established sales targets and implement strategies to exceed them, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to enhanced sales performance through comprehensive product knowledge, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
• Ensure store standards are consistently maintained, assisting with in-store tasks such as cleanliness, tidiness, and merchandise replenishment.
• Comply with all store security policies and regulations to minimize exposure to stock loss.

Customer Engagement and Sales Development

• Utilize advanced selling skills to effectively support customer needs, generate high-value transactions, and foster a consistent flow of repeat custom.
• Recommend, select, and assist customers in locating or obtaining merchandise, including items from other Majid Al Futtaim Fashion brands and stores if not available in-store.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Sales Associate Fashion role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in a retail or customer service environment. A foundational understanding of sales principles and customer interaction is expected.
