About the Role

Al Khayyat Investments is seeking a Sales Associate for its retail fashion operations in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah cities. This full-time position involves representing the company and promoting its product portfolio by executing the sales strategy and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs to meet and exceed expectations.
• Provide customer assistance, operate the cash register, conduct sales and monetary transactions, and manage opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain positive customer and employee relations, reporting any issues or complaints promptly to the store manager.
• Assist with inventory management, displays, merchandising, stock placement on the sales floor, stock rotation, and mark-downs to achieve sales targets.
• Contribute to maintaining a neat, clean, and safe working environment through tidying merchandise and performing housekeeping tasks.
• Ensure safe handling of merchandise using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Adhere to all store and company policies and procedures.
• Be vigilant regarding potential damage, theft, or safety hazards, reporting any observations immediately to the store manager.

Qualifications and Experience

The minimum qualification for this role is a High School diploma or equivalent experience. Prior retail experience, preferably within the fashion industry, is desired. Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply.
