Sales Capture Senior Manager AI and Data

About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager AI and Data to lead the full sales lifecycle for large-scale AI and Data transformation opportunities. Based in Riyadh, this full-time role involves driving profitable growth by positioning Accenture as a key partner in AI and Data-led reinvention across various industries.

Role Overview

This position requires a strategic sales leader capable of building trusted executive relationships and identifying emerging client needs. The Senior Manager will develop compelling business cases and orchestrate multidisciplinary teams to secure complex deals. The focus is on helping clients unlock business value through Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Advanced Analytics, Data Modernization, Cloud Data Platforms, and Intelligent Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate new AI and Data transformation opportunities across target accounts and develop account growth strategies.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders, business leaders, and technology decision-makers.
• Manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Lead opportunity qualification, assessing strategic fit, value potential, and win probability.
• Shape differentiated AI and Data solutions leveraging Accenture's capabilities, collaborating with solution architects and delivery teams.
• Lead end-to-end pursuit management, including developing value propositions, presentations, and commercial models.
• Drive RFP, RFI, and proposal responses, ensuring alignment with client objectives and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate client workshops on AI strategy, innovation, and value realization, influencing strategic client investment decisions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions, developing pricing and deal strategies.
• Manage risk identification, mitigation, and governance throughout the sales process and ensure seamless transition to delivery teams.
• Maintain a deep understanding of AI, GenAI, Data, Analytics, Cloud, and industry trends, contributing to thought leadership and go-to-market strategy.

• Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Governance & Management
• Cloud Data Platforms and Intelligent Automation
• Industry-specific AI use cases

Qualifications and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in sales capture, business development, or a related strategic client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the origination, qualification, shaping, pursuit, negotiation, and closure of large-scale deals.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining executive-level relationships.
• Experience orchestrating multidisciplinary teams to win complex technology transformation projects.
