The Role of Sales Consultant

Damas Jewellery is seeking a Sales Consultant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves converting prospective sales into actual sales and proactively developing client portfolios to meet and exceed sales targets. The role requires a focus on customer service and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and sales KPIs.
• Ensure the store adheres to Damas standards.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge of both Damas and competitor products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by following established guidelines.
• Manage stock control to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service by fostering a welcoming environment, maintaining high standards, and ensuring solid product knowledge before, during, and after sales.
• Adapt sales approach based on client needs and motivations.
• Negotiate and address client objections effectively.
• Stay informed on industry news and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Senior High School Graduate.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of Jewellery.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks precisely.
• Self-starter with a team-player approach.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, to meet business demands.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary plus commission.
