This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience within the sales function in Riyadh.

Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator Intern will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads through inbound and outbound communications. This role involves scheduling product demonstrations, managing CRM records, and supporting various sales and marketing initiatives to contribute to business growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and qualify real-time telephone and web inquiries regarding Foodics' products and services from the website and other communication channels.
  • Conduct cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse them to the sales team once converted.
  • Follow up on leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and the Foodics sales team, and accurately insert leads into the CRM.
  • Handle inquiries and overcome objections regarding Foodics with the ultimate goal of scheduling a sales demo.
  • Manage prospects effectively, articulating the value proposition, navigating objections, and fostering strong relationships.
  • Communicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source and conveys the brand's essence to prospects.
  • Establish rapport on the phone and reinforce it with confident credibility.
  • Work closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle and extend reach into target accounts.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail, and other marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or any business-related course.
  • Confidence in handling calls and making cold calls.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a persistent approach.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning, improvement, and overall career growth.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Desired Skills

  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce or any other CRM systems.
  • Fluency in other languages.
