The Sales Development Representative Role
Sitecore is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position that serves as a key role within our sales organization, providing a foundation for a successful career in technology. The SDR plays an essential part in creating market awareness, identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads, and generating new business. We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven team player with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new contacts, establish need and fit, and arrange product introductions.
- Manage inbound lead flow effectively.
- Partner with the Sales team to build a quality pipeline.
- Engage with prospects and nurture deals through the sales cycle.
- Act as an ambassador and advocate for Sitecore, sharing knowledge with customers and prospects.
- Arrange discovery calls and well-qualified product demonstrations for the Field Sales and Pre-Sales teams.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Positive and energetic communication skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity, self-motivation, creativity, and a results-driven, solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable making cold calls.
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven organization.
- Capability to analyze industry trends and craft relevant messaging.
- A curious personality with a desire to build a long-term career in enterprise sales.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in outbound and lead generation within a B2B environment.
- Interest in technology and its applications, sales of technology, and market segment redefinition.
- Previous experience in the tech industry, sales development, tele-marketing, and/or sales.
