About the Role

Dezert Innovation Technology is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join its team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Purpose

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality sales opportunities. This role is crucial for supporting the Business Development team by securing prospects for Dezert Innovation Technology's SAP, ERP, Digital Transformation, and IT Solutions business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients across various industries.
  • Generate qualified leads through channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other outbound methods.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs and project potential.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Sales/Business Development team.
  • Maintain and accurately update CRM records.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department on lead generation campaigns.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Meet monthly lead generation and appointment targets.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in lead generation or a related sales development role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive and results-driven approach to identifying and nurturing sales opportunities.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position within Dezert Innovation Technology. The role requires engagement with clients and internal teams primarily within the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
