About the Role

HERE Technologies is seeking an Arabic-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on expanding our customer base within key markets, including Automated and Connected Driving, Fleet Management, and Supply Chain. You will be part of an international sales team dedicated to qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting campaigns, collaborating with global brands, partners, developers, and customers.

Role Context and Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will work closely with sales and marketing teams to generate qualified B2B leads. This involves identifying prospects with validated budget, authority, relevant needs, time-bound projects, and concrete next steps. You will focus on a specific market and region to maximize the potential of target accounts, as defined in cooperation with the sales team.

  • Achieve agreed lead generation and pipeline creation targets.
  • Conduct research using various techniques, including social media mining, to profile target prospects and accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with internal sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify account development potential by researching current business, qualifying buyer personas, identifying additional needs, and analyzing opportunities.
  • Initiate the sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential leads, and scheduling appointments through multi-touch methods (Calls, Emails, Online Messages, Posts, Comments, Media Likes and Shares).
  • Act as the voice of the market by sharing insights from prospect engagements, including persona descriptions, identified needs, competitive intelligence, and prospect reactions.
  • Continuously learn through internal trainings, professional publications, and colleague interactions.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive team atmosphere by sharing knowledge and remaining open to learning.

Qualifications and Requirements

This role is open to Saudi nationals only, in line with local labor regulations and our commitment to Saudization, supporting Vision 2030 by prioritizing local talent.

  • Preferred experience in the tech industry.
  • Native or native-level proficiency in Arabic, in addition to fluent English.
  • Demonstrated basic social selling skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve consistent targets.
  • Self-motivation to improve knowledge and skills through personal research and development.
  • IT/Technology savvy.
  • Performance-driven, competitive mindset, proactive, and curious.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.
  • Knowledge in the use of Outreach or similar sales technology.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms.
  • Proficient in the use of LinkedIn.
  • Ability to conduct research via social media and the internet to gain insight into client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability and professional presence to converse and engage with senior-level decision-makers.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. You will be part of an international and co-located team of sales enthusiasts.
