About the Role

Land of the Braves is a real estate platform operating in Saudi Arabia, focused on contributing to the development of communities and long-term real estate value in alignment with Vision 2030. Through its brokerage arm, Realty Plus, the company supports clients, investors, developers, and high-net-worth individuals with a professional, relationship-driven approach. This full-time, on-site leadership position is based in Riyadh.

Role Overview

The Head of Sales will lead the Direct Sales division, responsible for driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and overall sales performance across Land of the Braves’ brokerage portfolio. This role is critical in defining and executing the direct sales strategy to meet company revenue targets and foster developer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach Sales Consultants to achieve performance goals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and monitor conversion performance.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of CRM data.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and accountability within the sales team.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with developers, project owners, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and the Sales Coordinator to align campaign activities, product launches, workflows, and client experience.
  • Define and execute the direct sales strategy in alignment with company revenue targets and developer partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets within the Saudi real estate market.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, conversion tracking, CRM discipline, and sales performance reporting.
  • Established network among KSA developers, project owners, and high-net-worth client segments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and market intelligence, with the ability to monitor trends, pricing, and competitive positioning.
  • Knowledge of RERA regulations and a commitment to ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.

Leadership and Collaboration Skills

The role requires strong sales leadership skills, with the ability to guide, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing and Sales Operations to support product launches, campaigns, and client acquisition initiatives.
