About the Sales Director Role
Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced Sales Director to join its Sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a motivated professional to lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue growth within the organization. The role is integral to the company's sales operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Director will be responsible for a range of strategic and operational duties, including:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
- Leading and managing a team of sales professionals, which includes setting performance goals, providing coaching, facilitating development, and conducting performance reviews.
- Mentoring Account Managers on deal strategy, account expansion, and customer roadmap development.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the supply chain software market and customer requirements to inform sales strategies.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, industry partners, and influencers.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales objectives.
- Reporting on sales performance, including regular forecasting and pipeline management.
- Continuously assessing and refining sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience and Qualifications
Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Significant experience in sales and sales management, with a proven track record in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies that have driven revenue growth.
- Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams.
- A strong understanding of the supply chain software market and the needs of its customers.
- Proficiency in cloud hyper-scaler environments and Azure.
- Experience with SaaS and ARR sales motions.
