About the Role

Systemair Middle East is seeking a Sales Engineer (HVAC) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on the sale of HVAC and ventilation maintenance services, including both preventive maintenance plans and corrective maintenance agreements. The role involves building customer relationships, identifying service requirements, and achieving sales targets through the promotion of long-term service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads for HVAC maintenance contracts through calls, site visits, referrals, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct customer site visits to assess HVAC and ventilation systems and determine specific maintenance needs.
  • Promote preventive maintenance plans and service packages to residential, commercial, or industrial clients as applicable.
  • Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and maintenance contract documentation.
  • Follow up with leads and finalize maintenance agreements in alignment with company sales targets.
  • Coordinate effectively with the service and maintenance team to ensure correct scope, scheduling, and resource availability.
  • Maintain precise customer records and update the sales pipeline using CRM or designated reporting tools.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships to encourage contract renewals and service upgrades.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to enhance sales strategy.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and submit all required reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in HVAC sales, maintenance sales, or technical sales is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC systems and ventilation maintenance, including components such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust/duct systems, thermostats, and filters, as applicable.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.

Performance Objectives

The Sales Engineer (HVAC) will be evaluated based on the following key performance indicators:

  • Achieving monthly sales targets for maintenance contracts.
  • Increasing customer renewals and recurring revenue streams.
  • Improving the sales pipeline conversion rate and the effectiveness of lead follow-up.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular interaction with clients at various sites and collaboration with internal service teams.
