The Sales Engineer Internship

ContentFlow is seeking a Sales Engineer Intern to bridge the gap between our product, customers, and commercial teams. This role involves close collaboration with the Sales, Product, and Engineering departments to understand customer requirements, deliver product demonstrations, and support technical evaluations. The intern will contribute to ensuring the successful adoption of ContentFlow by customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations and facilitate technical discussions with clients.
• Support customer evaluations and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Assist with customer onboarding processes and platform implementation.
• Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and insights.
• Document customer use cases and best practices for internal reference.

Required Experience and Location

This internship is intended for candidates with 0-1 years of professional experience, providing an opportunity to develop skills within a SaaS environment. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
